just been thinking about this broken world...
are we all in the pursuit of some kinda significance from this world that demands us to 'be the best you can be', to prove ourselves constantly (even though it'll never be enough)?
and then, the world chucks you aside when you are no longer 'worthy' or can longer prove your worthiness (even though it may not be in your control).
that's brokenness. well one aspect of the broken world anyway!
Father we ask of You this day, come and heal our land.
Knit our hearts together,
That your glory might be seen in us;
Then the world will know that Jesus Christ is Lord!
